Comstock Invests $5M, Acquires 6.77-Acre Office Campus

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. announced an initial investment of approximately $5.0 million, concurrent with the acquisition of a 6.77-acre office campus in Herndon, Virginia. The acquisition was facilitated through the establishment of multiple single-purpose entities, including CP Woodland JV LLC, a joint venture with Comstock Partners, LC, an affiliate controlled by the Company's CEO. Comstock will provide asset and property management services for the acquired property, earning an acquisition fee of $0.8 million and additional leasing fees.
