Concrete Leveling Systems Inc. mutually agreed to part ways with Stephano Slack LLC as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective June 12, 2026. Stephano's report for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2025, included an explanatory paragraph expressing substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern, which constituted a reportable event.
