DHI Group Enters into Credit Agreement with Bank of America, TD Bank, and Citizens Bank

DHI Group, Inc. (DHX), along with its subsidiaries Dice Inc. and Dice Career Solutions, Inc., entered into a credit agreement as of April 1, 2026, with Bank of America, TD Bank, and Citizens Bank. Bank of America serves as the Administrative Agent, Swingline Lender, and L/C Issuer, while TD Bank and Citizens Bank act as Co-Documentation Agents, providing the company with access to credit facilities.
