DraftKings CFO Alan Ellingson Assumes Principal Accounting Officer Role

DraftKings Inc. announced that Alan Ellingson, the company's Chief Financial Officer, will also assume the role of Principal Accounting Officer, effective May 29, 2026. This change follows a review of executive officer functions. Mr. Ellingson will not receive any additional compensation for this new responsibility. Erik Bradbury, who previously held the PAO role, will remain as the Chief Accounting Officer.
