Draganfly Inc. Creates U.S. Defense Subsidiary, Appoints Ex-Navy Secretary Modly as Chairman

Draganfly Inc. announced the establishment of Draganfly Defense USA, Inc., a new subsidiary focused on expanding its presence in the U.S. defense and national security markets. The company appointed Thomas Modly, former Acting Secretary of the U.S. Navy, as Chairman of the new subsidiary. Brigadier General AJ Pasagian (Ret'd) will serve as President, leading U.S. defense operations. This strategic move aims to enhance domestic defense capabilities and address the growing demand for secure, mission-critical unmanned systems within the U.S. defense sector.
