Elemental Royalty Invests $25M in Quilla, Boosts Chapi Royalty

Elemental Royalty Corporation announced a strategic US$25 million investment package with Quilla Resources Inc. and its subsidiary Minera Pampa de Cobre S.A.C. This transaction expands Elemental's royalty exposure to the producing Chapi Copper Project in Peru by acquiring an additional perpetual, uncapped 1.0% net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the Pampa Negra and Candelaria concessions, increasing its total royalty interest to 3.0% NSR. The package also includes an approximately 9% equity stake in Quilla, supporting its planned expansion of Chapi's copper cathode production from 10,000 to 30,000 tonnes per annum.
