Entravision Communications Extends TelevisaUnivision Affiliation Agreement to March 2027

Entravision Communications Corporation has amended its Station Affiliation Agreement with affiliates of TelevisaUnivision, Inc. The amendment extends the current agreement's term from December 31, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Following this initial extension, the agreement will automatically renew for successive three-month periods, provided neither party gives 30 days' notice of non-renewal. The extension also applies to related proxy, marketing, and sales agreements between the parties. TelevisaUnivision holds a significant stake, approximately 10%, in Entravision's common stock on a fully-converted basis.
