Ernexsa Therapeutics Appoints Robert J. Spiegel, M.D. to Board of Directors

Ernexsa Therapeutics Inc. announced the appointment of Robert J. Spiegel, M.D. to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Spiegel will serve until his successor is elected or until his earlier departure. His compensation will follow the Company's Board of Directors Compensation Plan. There are no undisclosed arrangements or family relationships between Dr. Spiegel and the Company or its officers and directors.
