Ethan Allen Initiates CEO Succession Process; New CEO by June 2027

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. announced its Board of Directors has initiated a formal CEO succession process. The company has committed to publicly announcing the next Chief Executive Officer, who will succeed M. Farooq Kathwari, no later than June 30, 2027, when Mr. Kathwari's current employment agreement ends. Mr. Kathwari will transition to a non-executive Board member role until the 2027 annual meeting. An independent search firm is engaged to identify both internal and external candidates.
