Evaxion EVX-04 preclinical data shows immune activation & cell-killing for AML

Evaxion A/S announced new positive preclinical data for EVX-04, an off-the-shelf therapeutic vaccine for acute myeloid leukemia (AML), developed using its AI-Immunology™ platform. The data demonstrates EVX-04's successful expression and secretion in human cells, enabling immune recognition and activation. It also showed that the vaccine antigens drive specific immune responses and induce targeted cell-killing, highlighting its potential as an effective cancer vaccine. The company is preparing for regulatory filing for clinical testing, and the data will be presented at the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2026 Congress.
