Farmer Mac Appoints Mandy M. Talan as Principal Accounting Officer

Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac) announced the appointment of Mandy M. Talan as its Principal Accounting Officer, effective April 21, 2026. Ms. Talan, who has been Farmer Mac's Corporate Controller since June 2025, brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) as Senior Director of Finance and Regulatory Reporting, and Director of Accounting Policy. Her background also includes audit senior management at KPMG, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
