FedEx Freight Appoints Guy M. Erwin II as Senior VP – Chief Accounting Officer

FedEx Freight Holding Company, Inc. announced the appointment of Guy M. Erwin II as Senior Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Erwin, 49, currently serves as Corporate Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer of FedEx Corporation and has held various finance positions within FedEx since 2001. In his new role, he will receive a special equity-based award, base salary, and be eligible for annual and long-term incentive compensation plans.
