First Commonwealth Appoints Ryan Gorney as EVP & CIO

First Commonwealth Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Ryan L. Gorney as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective April 27, 2026. Gorney, an experienced financial services technology executive with over two decades of leadership, will replace Norm Montgomery, who retires on May 1. He will report to CEO T. Michael Price and join the executive leadership team. Notably, Ryan Gorney is the son of Jon L. Gorney, the company's Board Chair.
