Fly-E Group Appoints New CEO Qiang Chen; Director Lisa Fan Resigns

Fly-E Group, Inc. announced significant leadership changes. Lisa Fan has resigned from her positions as Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective immediately. The company has appointed Qiang Chen as the new CEO, bringing extensive experience in finance and public company management. Additionally, Jingxia Song has been appointed as an independent Director and will serve on the Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees.
