Frontier extends Barclays card deal to 2037; facility up to $375M

Frontier Airlines, a subsidiary of Frontier Group Holdings, has extended its Credit Card Affinity Agreement with Barclays Bank Delaware through a Seventh Amendment. The agreement, which allows Frontier Miles loyalty program members to earn travel miles, is now extended from December 31, 2029, to June 30, 2037. This amendment also enhances net compensation for Frontier and includes better-than-anticipated pre-paid consideration. Additionally, the aggregate maximum for Frontier's pre-purchased miles facility has increased from $200 million to $375 million, with its term also extended to June 30, 2037.
