FTC Solar, Linxon, Hitachi Energy Sign Strategic Collaboration MoU

FTC Solar, along with Linxon and Hitachi Energy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a strategic collaboration. This partnership aims to jointly develop and deliver utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, primarily in North America. The companies will leverage their complementary expertise, with Linxon acting as the EPC integrator, Hitachi Energy providing grid and power technologies, and FTC Solar contributing solar trackers and racking systems. The goal is to create a more integrated, scalable, and execution-focused solution to accelerate project development, reduce risks, and enhance predictability in the renewable energy sector.
