Genmab Reports Positive Phase 3 Epcoritamab Results in DLBCL

Genmab A/S announced positive topline results from the Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-4 trial, evaluating epcoritamab in combination with lenalidomide for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The trial met its primary objective, showing a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS). The risk of disease progression and death was reduced by 60% (HR 0.40) in the U.S. and 56% (HR 0.44) outside the U.S. Genmab and AbbVie plan to engage global regulatory authorities based on these results.
