Brightline Interactive Announces Board Committee Chair Changes

Brightline Interactive, Inc. announced the resignation of Tamar Elkeles from its Board of Directors and key committee chair positions, effective immediately. Dr. Elkeles's departure was not due to any disagreements with the company. In connection with her resignation, Admiral Scott Swift was appointed Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Major General Pete Fesler was appointed Chair of the Compensation Committee.
