Healthcare Triangle Partners for New Health Platform Development

Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (HCTI) entered into a Platform Development Agreement with SecureKloud Technologies Limited (SKL) and its subsidiary Blockedge Technologies Inc. The agreement, effective March 31, 2026, tasks SKL and Blockedge with designing and developing an integrated health advisory and care platform, including AI tools, for HCTI's commercial offerings. The project is expected to be completed within 12-15 months, by September 30, 2027, with all intellectual property rights exclusively assigned to Healthcare Triangle.
