ICICI Bank Notes Receive 'Baa3' (Moody's) & 'BBB' (S&P) Ratings

ICICI Bank Limited announced that its USD denominated Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, issued through its IFSC Banking Unit under the Global Medium Term Note Programme, have received credit ratings. Moody's Ratings assigned a 'Baa3' rating, while S&P Global Ratings assigned a 'BBB' rating to these notes. These ratings were issued on July 24, 2026.
