Immatics' PRAME TCR T-cell therapy shows deep remission in pediatric patient

Immatics N.V. announced that a 17-year-old adolescent with rapidly progressing, advanced nephroblastoma, who had exhausted all treatment options, achieved deep remission after receiving a PRAME-directed TCR T-cell therapy engineered with Immatics' TCR. The patient's response, including marked regression of liver, lung, and brain metastases, is ongoing at 6 months of follow-up. This case highlights the therapeutic potential of PRAME TCR T-cell therapy in pediatric patients with solid tumors and will be presented at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026.
