iMDx Funds $100K Grant for dd-cfDNA Testing Research
Insight Molecular Diagnostics (iMDx) and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS) announced a $100,000 research grant. The grant, funded by iMDx and administered by ASTS, was awarded to Drs. Kenneth Andreoni and Kenneth Chavin to study the health economics of in-house versus send-out donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) testing in kidney transplantation. This research aims to provide critical data to guide transplant programs and support the future commercialization of iMDx's GraftAssureDx™, which is currently under FDA review.
