Integer Holdings: Jim Stephens Transitions to Special Projects, Departs March 2027

Integer Holdings Corporation announced that Jim Stephens, President of Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation, will transition to Executive Vice President, Special Projects, effective June 29, 2026. His new role is set to conclude on March 31, 2027. In connection with this change, Mr. Stephens will not be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive awards in 2027. His separation on the termination date will be considered a termination without Cause if a Change of Control occurs before then and he remains employed.
