
IsoEnergy & DISA Technologies Form DISA Uranium Corp.; Secures $105M
IsoEnergy Ltd. announced a definitive agreement with DISA Technologies, Inc. to form DISA Uranium Corporation, a new technology-enabled U.S. uranium company. IsoEnergy will contribute its permitted, past-producing conventional uranium mines in Utah to DISA Uranium, while DISA will contribute its proprietary High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA™) processing technology and remediation business. In connection with the transaction, DISA Uranium secured US$105 million in private placement financing from a consortium of investors, with IsoEnergy committing US$33 million. IsoEnergy will hold approximately 33% of DISA Uranium, making it the single largest shareholder, and the new company's implied pro forma fully diluted equity value is approximately US$505 million.
