JATT II Acquisition Corp. successfully completed its initial public offering on April 20, 2026, raising $60 million from the sale of 6 million ordinary shares at $10.00 each. Concurrently, the company finalized a private placement, generating an additional $3 million from the sale of 300,000 shares to JATT Ventures II L.P. A total of $60 million from these offerings, including deferred underwriters' fees, has been deposited into a trust account for public shareholders.
