John Wiley Director Mari J. Baker to Depart; Board Size Reduced

Mari J. Baker notified John Wiley & Sons, Inc. of her intent not to seek re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. She will complete her current 15-year term as a director, Chair of the Executive Compensation and Development Committee, and member of the Executive Committee, expiring on September 24, 2026. Her decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company. Following her departure, the Board's size will be reduced to nine members.
