Nexus Advanced Technologies Changes Auditor, Appoints HTL International

Nexus Advanced Technologies Inc., formerly K Wave Media Ltd., has announced the dismissal of Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective September 21, 2026. The company has appointed HTL International, LLC as its successor auditor, effective October 1, 2026. The change was approved by the Audit Committee, which has sole authority to appoint auditors. The former auditor's reports for the past two fiscal years did not contain adverse opinions, though the FY2025 report included an explanatory paragraph regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern. No disagreements with the former auditor were reported.
