KMI Announces Q1 2026 Preliminary Results & COO Retirement

Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) announced its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and will host a webcast conference call to discuss these results. Concurrently, James E. Holland, who has served as Chief Operating Officer since July 2020, plans to retire effective September 4, 2026. Kenneth W. Grubb, KMI’s Vice President and Chief Project Officer, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Holland as COO, bringing over 35 years of experience within the company.
