Kraft Heinz Reorganizes Reporting Segments

Kraft Heinz announced a reorganization of its internal reporting and reportable segments, effective in the third quarter of 2026. The company combined its West and East Emerging Markets (WEEM) and Asia Emerging Markets (AEM) segments into a new 'Emerging Markets' operating segment to enhance efficiencies and growth. Additionally, certain European countries previously within WEEM have been reassigned to the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets segment. This restructuring results in three reportable segments: North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, and Emerging Markets. Supplemental historical financial data is being provided to aid comparability.
