Kyverna Therapeutics Appoints Nadia Dac as Chief Commercial Officer

Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of Nadia Dac as its Chief Commercial Officer, effective May 4, 2026. Ms. Dac brings over 30 years of extensive commercial leadership experience in neurology and rare diseases, including successful product launches and building commercial organizations. She will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for miv-cel, Kyverna's lead CAR T-cell therapy, as the company prepares for a potential first approval in stiff person syndrome and transitions to a commercial-stage entity. In connection with her appointment, Ms. Dac was granted an inducement option to purchase 300,000 shares of common stock.
