LeMaitre Vascular Board Rebalances Classes, Director Not Seeking Re-election

LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. announced that Bridget Ross will not stand for re-election as a Class II director at the 2026 Annual Meeting, with her term concluding on June 2, 2026. Her decision is not related to any disagreement with the company. To rebalance the Board classes, David B. Roberts, currently a Class I director, has been nominated to stand for election as a Class II director and will conditionally resign from his Class I position upon election. Following these changes, the Board will comprise seven members.
