Limoneira Forms Joint Venture for Organics Recycling Facility

Limoneira Company has entered into a joint venture with California Wood Recycling, Inc. (dba Agromin) to form Agromin-Limoneira LLC. This new entity will design, construct, and operate an organics recycling facility on Limoneira's land in Ventura County. Both companies will hold a 50% membership interest in NewCo, with the facility anticipated to be operational by the second half of fiscal year 2027.
