LivePerson to Merge with SoundHound AI

LivePerson, Inc. announced it has entered into a Merger Agreement with SoundHound AI, Inc. and Lightspeed Merger Sub Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of SoundHound. Under the agreement, Merger Sub will merge into LivePerson, with LivePerson surviving as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of SoundHound. Each share of LivePerson common stock will be converted into the right to receive a number of shares of SoundHound Class A common stock.
