LIXTE's LB-100/Dostarlimab Trial Shows 40% DCR in Ovarian Cancer

LIXTE Biotechnology announced preliminary clinical trial results for its LB-100 compound combined with Dostarlimab for ovarian clear cell carcinoma. The trial showed an acceptable safety profile and a 40% Disease Control Rate (DCR) among 20 evaluated patients. With a median follow-up of 12 months, the overall survival probability was 0.69 at 12 months, offering new hope for patients with limited therapeutic options. An additional cohort of 21 patients is now enrolling to test higher LB-100 exposure.
