Mama's Creations reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. Fourth-quarter revenue surged 61% to $54.0 million, with net income increasing 38% to $2.2 million and Adjusted EBITDA up 77% to $5.5 million. For the full fiscal year, revenue grew 39% to $171.7 million, and net income increased 43% to $5.3 million. The company also significantly improved its cash position, nearly tripling it to $20.0 million, driven by improved profitability and operational efficiencies, alongside successful integration of its Bay Shore facility and new national retail placements.
