Manulife Announces Preferred Share Dividend Rates: Series 3 at 4.64%

Manulife Financial Corporation announced the dividend rates for its Non-cumulative Rate Reset Class 1 Shares Series 3 and Non-cumulative Floating Rate Class 1 Shares Series 4. The Series 3 preferred shares will receive a fixed rate of 4.64000% per annum (C$0.290000 per share quarterly) for the five-year period starting June 20, 2026. The Series 4 preferred shares will receive a floating rate of 0.94092% (3.73300% annualized) or C$0.235230 per share for the three-month period commencing June 20, 2026. Beneficial owners wishing to convert their shares must do so by June 4, 2026.
