MDJM Appoints Chelo Loureiro as Chief Knowledge Officer

MDJM LTD announced the appointment of Ms. María Consuelo Loureiro Vilarelle (Chelo Loureiro) as Chief Knowledge Officer, effective June 8, 2026. She will provide high-level guidance on animation IP development and strategic IP commercialization, receiving 80,000 Class A ordinary shares. Concurrently, Mr. Duncan Murray Campbell was appointed as a Director, also effective June 8, 2026, to offer cultural and academic input for the Fernie Castle Project, and will receive 80,000 Class A ordinary shares. Additionally, existing independent director Mr. Bo Wang was granted 40,000 Class A ordinary shares.
