Micware Launches Micware Spacia for Spatial Intelligence Business

Micware Co., Ltd. announced the launch of Micware Spacia Co., Ltd., a new entity dedicated to fully developing the company's spatial intelligence business for the Web4 era. This involves renaming its consolidated subsidiary, Micware Navigations, to Micware Spacia and transferring the DynaPlanet platform to it. Masahide Shigeno will lead Micware Spacia as CEO while retaining his roles at Micware. Additionally, parts of Micware Navigations' business will move to Micware Automotive to strengthen the micAuto platform. The changes are effective September 1, 2026, marking a key step in Micware's growth strategy.
