Ming Shing Group to Rebrand as PMA Graphene Technology Group

Ming Shing Group Holdings Limited announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on August 25, 2026. Shareholders will vote on a special resolution to change the company's English name to "PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc." and its Chinese name to "宇航派蒙石墨烯科技集團公司". Additionally, the EGM will consider approving the fourth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association to reflect this name change. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote is July 17, 2026.
