Mint Inc Forms Joint Venture with YAS Digital for AI & Robotics Insurance

Mint Incorporation Limited announced it has entered into a joint venture agreement with YAS Digital Group Limited to establish YAS Robotics Limited. This new Hong Kong-based joint venture company will focus on the development, marketing, and distribution of robotics and AI-related insurance products. Mint will hold a 25% stake, while YAS Digital Group will hold 75% in the JV, aiming to make AI and robotics safer and more accessible for businesses across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
