Mount Logan Capital Appoints Brandon Harper as Chief Accounting Officer

Mount Logan Capital Inc. announced the appointment of Brandon Harper, 33, as its new Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, effective November 3, 2026. Concurrently, Brandon Satoren, the Chief Financial Officer, will cease to hold the principal accounting officer role. Harper, who joined the company as Group Controller in July 2026, has a background in accounting and auditing, including previous roles at Obra Capital, Unified Life Insurance Company, and KPMG. He was granted 7,080 restricted stock units under the company's equity incentive plan.
