MSC Industrial General Counsel Neal Dongre Transitions to Special Advisor

MSC Industrial announced that Neal Dongre will transition from his role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary to Special Advisor, effective July 20, 2026. He will remain employed in this advisory capacity until August 31, 2026, to assist with the transition of his duties. In consideration for his continued service and a release of claims, Mr. Dongre will receive his current salary, health benefits, applicable vesting of equity awards, his fiscal year 2026 annual cash performance bonus, and accelerated vesting of certain equity awards.
