National Bankshares Extends Consulting Agreement with F. Brad Denardo

National Bankshares, Inc. and its banking subsidiary extended a consulting agreement with F. Brad Denardo, the Company's Chairman of the Board and former President and Chief Executive Officer. The agreement, effective July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, stipulates that Mr. Denardo will provide consulting and advisory services for a monthly fee of $6,000. He will also be subject to customary noncompetition covenants during this period.
