National Presto Industries, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, re-electing Randy F. Lieble and Joseph G. Stienessen as directors for three-year terms. Stockholders also ratified RSM US LLP as the independent auditor and approved executive compensation on an advisory basis. The Board of Directors appointed Shane A.
