National Presto Industries, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, re-electing Randy F. Lieble and Joseph G. Stienessen as directors for three-year terms. Stockholders also ratified RSM US LLP as the independent auditor and approved executive compensation on an advisory basis. The Board of Directors appointed Shane A. Straw, Sr. as the new Vice President of Engineering and approved amendments to the company's by-laws, including enhanced advance notice provisions and the ability to hold remote stockholder meetings.
