NeoVolta Increases JV Ownership to 80%, Issues 1.2M Shares

NeoVolta Inc. has increased its ownership interest in NeoVolta Power, LLC, its U.S. battery energy storage system manufacturing joint venture, from 60% to 80%. This move strengthens NeoVolta's economic participation and operational control, while also aligning the platform with U.S. regulatory frameworks for tax credits. The transaction involved no new cash capital deployment by NeoVolta, which instead issued approximately 1.2 million shares of common stock as consideration for the updated structure and an expanded commercial agreement with PotisEdge.
