Nerdy Inc. Chief Accounting Officer Kyle Callaway Resigns

Nerdy Inc. announced that Kyle Callaway has resigned from his positions as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, effective September 1, 2026. Mr. Callaway is leaving to accept a position at another company, and his departure is not related to any disagreements with the Company concerning its financial reporting, accounting policies, or internal controls. Following his departure, Chief Financial Officer Atul Bagga will assume the responsibilities of the principal accounting officer.
