New Era Energy & Digital Raises $64M Via Private Placement

New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. announced a $64 million private placement of its common stock with accredited investors. The company will issue approximately 23.27 million shares at $2.75 per share. The net proceeds are earmarked for repaying existing indebtedness, including a $36 million term loan with Macquarie Equipment Capital, and for working capital and general corporate purposes. A registration rights agreement has been entered into to facilitate the resale of the shares.
