Novo Nordisk Repurchases DKK 3.05B Shares, 0.9% of Capital

Novo Nordisk A/S provided an update on its ongoing share repurchase program. The company is executing an overall program of up to DKK 15 billion over 12 months, which began on February 4, 2026. Under a specific tranche initiated on May 6, 2026, Novo Nordisk aims to repurchase B shares up to DKK 11.2 billion by February 1, 2027. As of July 17, 2026, the company has repurchased 10,200,000 B shares for DKK 3,053,177,399 under this tranche, and a total of 24,959,179 B shares for DKK 6,853,177,389 since February 4, 2026. These treasury shares now constitute 0.9% of the total share capital.
