Realbotix (Onconetix Target) Partners with Bloom for UK Pilot

Onconetix, Inc. provided an update on Realbotix LLC, its pending acquisition target. Realbotix announced a partnership with Bloom Procurement Services to launch a pilot program deploying socially assistive humanoid robots in UK care settings to combat loneliness and improve wellbeing among older adults. Realbotix has also been accredited as a supplier on Bloom’s public sector marketplace. The acquisition of Realbotix LLC by Onconetix is an all-stock transaction, anticipated to close in the second half of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
