Otter Tail Appoints Tim Rogelstad President, Tyler Nelson CFO

Otter Tail Corporation announced the appointment of Tim Rogelstad as its new President, effective April 13, 2026. Rogelstad, previously President of Otter Tail Power Company, will receive a base salary of $540,000, an annual cash incentive target of 70% of base pay, and a long-term incentive target of $1,000,000. Charles MacFarlane stepped down as President but remains CEO. Additionally, Tyler Nelson was elected Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, having previously served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.
